CONDITIONS OF ORDER

Please read the following conditions of order and click on "ACCEPT" to indicate your acceptance.

    I request one copy of the recordings (detailed on the order form) that have a copyright owner other than myself.

    I own the original recording.  This and the copy I have requested are for my own use.

    I understand the limitations that exist where there is damage to the original media and am aware that noise reduction
          cannot have 100% success where damage is excessive.

    I will not hold Vinyl Replica responsible for any media which it receives which has been damaged in transit, and that it is my
         responsibility to ensure correct packaging and to use reputable delivery agents.

    I will not hold Vinyl Replica responsible for any media lost in transit

    I understand that this service is for consumers only and CD's ordered are for use only for personal and non-commercial use.
    I also understand that Vinyl Replica prohibits the use of this service for the purpose of duplicating, distribution or 
    re-distribution, publishing, broadcasting, netcasting or any other form of digital or analog copying and distribution.
